A Passion that became a classic

Jonas's journey into the Asian kitchen began early, at the homes of childhood friends and his first job at their restaurant. There, the flavors and techniques sparked a passion that would later become part of his signature. Through travels and visits to international icons such as Nobu and Hakkasan in London, his vision took shape.
